“Most importantly, the data we are working with are not just numbers. This report is about real people. No analyses, quantitative or qualitative, can do justice to any of these individuals’ personal experiences.”

The primaries are on March 5th. Here’s what you need to know…
This is a primary election, which means you're helping to choose the candidates who will represent each political party during the general election in the fall.
When you go to the polls, you'll have to choose whether you want to vote in the Republican or Democratic primary. You can't vote in both.
You won't see any Austin City Council elections on the primary ballot. City elections are nonpartisan.
